Notes
Braeside will actually be the site for both the ceremony and the reception which hopefully will prove easier for guests coming in from abroad. Dress code will be black tie / smart frock. Between the end of the ceremony and the reception, drinks will be provided while waiting for the couple to arrive back from the photo shoot, at which point the reception will start. Jo Blackmore will be the co-ordinator and on hand to answer any questions.

Special Requirements
Please be sure to let Siobhan or Adrian know if you are vegetarian or have allergies to any particular food.

Smoking
Please note that the inside the actual seating area will be strictly NON-SMOKING. A designated area will be appointed for smokers, please ask Jo, the co-ordinater on the day.

Children
We would ask that children be returned to the baby-sitter who will then take them to the kids room where entertainment will be provided for the duration of the speeches and the adult meal. They will then be asked to join in the party at the end of the meal at the cutting of the cake.

Please note: There is a swimming pool on the grounds, however it is not available for swimming.
